For more information, visit our careers blog.</span></i></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, the IT Support Engineer Specialist will play a role in maintaining and enhancing our organizations technological infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our flagship London office, managing essential tools and systems, and ensuring smooth technological operations across the company.</span></div><h3>What you will do: </h3><ul><li>Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, both onsite and remotely.</li><li>Administer and maintain key IT tools, including Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Slack.</li><li>Perform laptop updates and maintenance.</li><li>Be the onsite point of contact for any third-party stakeholders in case of IT-related issues. </li><li>Offer technical assistance for corporate events and onsite employees. </li><li>Maintain IT storage, ensure sufficient supplies, perform regular audits of on-site IT assets, and manage our stock room.</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge base.</li></ul><h3>What you will need to succeed:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in an IT Support role. 2+ years of experience.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and software issues.</li><li>Knowledge of user management, access control, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).</li><li>Knowledge of Linux OS is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with ticketing systems, notably Jira Service Management. </li><li>Proficiency with macOS, and Windows systems.</li><li>Understanding of computer networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).</li><li>Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and stay updated with technological advancements.</li><li>Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing accomplishments.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service ethic.</li><li>Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul><div><b><span>Why you should join Contentsquare</span></b></div><div><span>We invest in our people through career development, mentorship, social events, philanthropic activities, and competitive benefits.
