Your role will be </span></div><div><span>crucial to our invoice-to-payment cycle, where your accuracy and efficiency are essential for our</span></div><div><span>operational success and strong vendor relationships. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><u>What you’ll do:</u></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Supplier Invoice management</b></div><div><span>- Process incoming supplier invoices by verifying data, checking for compliance, and </span></div><div><span>accurately recording them through established channels (PO-based, direct entry, or bulk </span></div><div><span>upload).</span></div><div><span>- Collaborate with HQ to actively monitor and resolve all disputed invoices, ensuring clear </span></div><div><span>communication and timely resolution.</span></div><div><span>- Ensure the compliance of all purchasing card transactions by methodically auditing the </span></div><div><span>supporting evidence and justifications provided on the Pcard platform.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Travel &amp; Expense Auditing and Support</b></div><div><span>- Audit employee travel and expense reports for full compliance with the Group Travel </span></div><div><span>Policy, ensuring all submissions are accurate and properly documented before </span></div><div><span>reimbursement.</span></div><div><span>- Provide clear and helpful first-level support to employees for T&amp;E matters through our </span></div><div><span>ticketing system and deliver training sessions to improve their understanding of the </span></div><div><span>process.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Core Accounting &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></div><div><span>- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary </span></div><div><span>accruals and supporting reconciliations for the payables function.</span></div><div><span>- Perform regular reconciliation and justification of supplier accounts to maintain a clean </span></div><div><span>and accurate accounts payable ledger.</span></div><div><span>- Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of our Purchase to Pay processes, </span></div><div><span>contributing to greater efficiency and scalability.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><u>What you’ll need to succeed</u></div><div><br /></div><div><span>- Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification</span></div><div><span>- A strong understanding of core end-to-end accounts payable processes.</span></div><div><span>- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-entity international </span></div><div><span>environment, ideally within a shared services context.</span></div><div><span>- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally</span></div><div><span>- Confirmed skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as PivotTables </span></div><div><span>and VLOOKUPs.</span></div><div><span>- Knowledge on a Procure-To-Pay tool such as Ivalua, Pivot, or ZIP.
