You’ll own campaign execution, ICP targeting, and conversion optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO, product, sales, and RevOps to ensure our marketing work drives measurable pipeline.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Our ICP is already defined — your job is to </span><b>consistently target and engage those accounts</b><span> with precision.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This is a high-ownership role: you won’t just make plans — you’ll make things happen.</span></div><h3>What will you be doing?</h3><ul><li><b>ICP &amp; ABM Execution</b></li><li>	Consistently target <b>only ICP accounts and personas </b>in all campaigns.</li><li>	Design and execute <b>account-based marketing programs</b> that drive engagement and pipeline within ICP accounts.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Campaign Execution</b></li><li>	Plan, launch, and optimize <b>multi-channel campaigns</b> (content, digital ads, webinars, outbound support).</li><li>	Work directly with sales &amp; BDRs to align marketing and outbound processes.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Content &amp; Messaging</b></li><li>	Deliver content and campaigns that resonate with ICP personas (developers, engineering leaders, CTOs).</li><li>	Ensure all marketing efforts are tied directly to ICP pain points and buyer journey.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Pipeline Conversion &amp; Analytics</b></li><li>	Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion, ensuring marketing contributes real pipeline.</li><li>	Own lead scoring, attribution models, and dashboards in collaboration with RevOps.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>AI &amp; Digital Visibility</b></li><li>	Develop strategies to improve Conduktor’s <b>visibility in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)</b>, as well as SEO/SEM.</li><li>	Ensure our brand is discoverable across modern digital channels.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Product Launches</b></li><li>	Drive GTM campaigns for <b>new product launches</b>, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing.</li><li>	Ensure launches are impactful, well-timed, and revenue-focused.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Collaboration &amp; Enablement</b></li><li>	Partner with sales and BDRs to refine outbound processes and cadences.</li><li>	Work closely with product marketing and RevOps to align on messaging, targeting, and attribution.</li></ul><h3>What experience are we looking for?</h3><ul><li><b>5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience</b>, with at least 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing.</li><li>Proven track record of <b>owning campaigns end-to-end</b> and driving measurable pipeline.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit)</b> and <b>marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>CRM systems (HubSpot CRM)</b> and attribution reporting.</li><li>Experience building <b>MQL → SQL conversion processes</b> and aligning with BDR teams.</li><li>Excellent <b>project management skills</b> — can drive multiple initiatives forward at once.</li><li>Strong content instinct: can identify and deliver content that moves ICPs.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>AI search visibility</b> (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a strong plus.</li><li>Startup/scale-up experience preferred — comfortable wearing many hats and moving fast.</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)</h3><ul><li>All campaigns and outbound efforts are laser-focused on ICP accounts.</li><li>Multiple ABM campaigns launched and contributing pipeline.</li><li>Conduktor’s share of visibility improved in <b>AI search and digital channels</b>.</li><li>Marketing-to-sales handoff process improved with better conversion rates.</li><li>Product launches executed successfully with measurable impact on adoption and revenue.</li><li>A repeatable <b>outbound + marketing playbook</b> in place for BDRs.</li></ul><h3>Perks and Benefits</h3><ul><li>Stock options</li><li>15 days PTO + public holidays</li><li>Top-tier private health insurance package</li><li>Learning and development allowance</li><li>Employee referral program</li><li>ClassPass membership</li><li>Company-wide events and team socials</li><li>Gifts at tenure milestones</li><li>Our office is dog friendly!</li></ul><div><b>Equal Opportunity Statement</b></div><div><br /></div><div>Fostering an inclusive environment is vital to us, and we want to bring people on board who share our values.
