This role is based in Munich, and you’ll work closely with both local and international colleagues — you are not alone in Germany, but a key part of a distributed and collaborative People team. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who’s ready to take ownership, not just responsibility — someone who’s proactive, curious, and eager to grow. The scope of the role may evolve, so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with change and excited by new challenges, especially where tech and data intersect with HR. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our Munich office. This is a 12-month fixed-term position covering parental leave.
