<p><strong>About your new role:</strong></p><div><span>We are actively seeking a motivated and data-driven Analyst to join our dynamic SOC team. As a SOC Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, investigating, and mitigating threats for our esteemed SOC customers. This position is instrumental in safeguarding our clients against a spectrum of threats, including malware, phishing attacks, data breaches, and user credential compromises. Moreover, you will be pivotal in driving new sales opportunities.</span><strong><span> </span></strong><span><strong>This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity. </strong></span></div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify and categorize threats, encompassing phishing attacks, user events, data compliance issues, and malware outbreaks.</li><li>Perform in-depth investigations into large-scale cyber threats, employing a variety of analytical techniques and tools.</li><li>Identify and communicate emerging threat patterns in a clear and understandable manner.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on advanced threats and cyber-attacks, offering insights and recommendations for remediation.</li><li>Efficiently address and resolve service tickets within established timelines.</li><li>Engage with customers and prospects through email correspondence and phone calls, providing expert guidance on our products capabilities in threat detection and remediation.</li><li>Cultivate expertise in our product suite and demonstrate its efficacy in threat mitigation to potential clients.</li><li>Foster effective communication channels with team members, sharing critical information and insights.</li><li>Contribute to the development and dissemination of best practices to enhance the quality, efficacy, and efficiency of our operational processes.</li><li>Assist in the formulation and documentation of processes and standard operating procedures to streamline SOC operations.</li></ul><p><strong>What youll need for success:</strong></p><ul><li>Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Cyber Security-focused role, such as SOC Analyst, Penetration Tester, or Information Security Analyst.</li><li>Demonstrate at least 2 years of proven experience in Threat Analysis, showcasing a deep understanding of threat landscapes and attack vectors.</li><li>Have a minimum of 1 year of practical experience working with endpoints and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.</li><li>Previous exposure to Managed Service Provider (MSP), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), or Managed Detection and Response (MDR) environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Exhibit the ability to discern patterns, anomalies, and issues across diverse threat vectors.</li><li>Possess a solid grasp of common cybersecurity threats and terminology, including but not limited to phishing, malware, and data compliance regulations.</li><li>Showcase proficient project management, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud applications such as Office 365, G-Suite, and AWS is preferred, with a keen interest in learning and adapting to emerging technologies.</li></ul><div><span><strong>Why youll love life at Command|Link</strong></span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Join us at CommandLink, where youll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region.
