This team engages directly with employers ranging from 750 to 5,000 employees, helping them bring transformative cancer and condition care solutions to their workforces.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>As the leader of this team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy, building scalable processes, and coaching talented sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious goals. It’s ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial manager who thrives in dynamic environments, someone who’s just as comfortable coaching in a deal review as they are building new playbooks from scratch.</span></div><h3>How You’ll Contribute:</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop a high-performing team of Mid-Market Sales Directors responsible for territories across the U.S.</li><li>Drive consistent quota attainment and pipeline health through strong forecasting discipline, performance management, and data-driven insights.
