You will have the ability to manage a portfolio of customers and contribute significantly to the organization. Your impact will be felt from the brand to the bottom line. What youll do:  <ul> <li>Understand our clients’ financial background, financial goals, and help our team identify optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Minimal client facing responsibilities. </li> <li>Review, deliver, sign, and file member’s business tax returns. </li> <li>Consistently deliver high-quality results that align with both project requirements and organizational objectives while upholding Federal and State compliance requirements.</li> <li>Support our team of tax professionals assisting with their day to day tasks ensuring their continuous growth.</li> <li>Mentor, train and provide feedback to junior tax staff on the team. </li> <li>Balance immediate project needs with the broader, long-term goals of the organization, ensuring tactical actions support strategic direction.</li> <li>Effectively communicate updates or changes to clients and internally across the organization facilitating understanding and engagement across diverse audiences.</li> <li>Research and analyze tax laws, regulations, and policies to produce comprehensive and accurate technical memos.
