Do what you say.</li><li>Communication: Able to clearly talk about the details and also zoom out to the bigger picture</li></ul></li><li>Role-specific<ul><li>2+ years of engineering management experience leading infrastructure or platform teams</li><li>6+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or platform engineering</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), observability, CI/CD, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices</li><li>Experience building or scaling shared platform services (e.g., authentication, internal APIs, service frameworks)</li><li>Familiarity with architecting and developing software to enterprise-grade requirements, especially around security, governance, and compliance</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs to deliver high-impact outcomes</li><li>Strong architectural instincts and ability to guide teams toward sustainable, scalable solutions</li><li>[Bonus] Experience in crypto or financial systems </li></ul></li></ul>The starting salary for this position is between $264,000-$297,000 USD. Candidates location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
