Following this period, you will transition to managing direct reports.</li> <li>Spend at least 25% of your time being a strong individual contributor, driving the engineering quality and velocity of the team by being an exemplary practitioner</li> <li>Build high-performance services using Golang and gRPC, creating seamless integrations that elevate Coinbases customer experience</li> <li>Be a thoughtful technical voice within the team, aiding in diligent architectural decisions and fostering a culture of high-quality code and engineering processes.
