Attendance is expected and fully supported.</div>Team/ Role Paragraph:  As a key member of Coinbase’s S2P Team, the Senior Sourcing Manager will oversee the process of procuring real estate and related services. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy to acquire, lease, and manage a companys real estate portfolio. This manager will work closely with various internal departments to ensure that real estate decisions align with the companys business goals, financial objectives, and long-term strategy. The role is less about day-to-day transaction management and more about high-level planning, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building with brokers, developers, and other key partners.
