About you <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries, focusing on high-level individual contributions and advanced technical implementations.</li> <li>Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable and innovative solutions.</li> <li>Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
