This is a strategic sales role, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both customers and partners, aligning Cognigy’s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives. While this role emphasizes collaboration—working closely with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders and sales colleagues—you’ll still need the instincts and experience of a hunter: someone who can independently advance opportunities, drive consensus across stakeholders, and close large, complex deals. This position is ideal for a highly consultative salesperson who can operate both independently and within a collaborative go-to-market model.Responsibilities<ul> <li> Drive strategic new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across your assigned U.S. territory</li> <li>Leverage and co-sell with partner ecosystems, BDRs, and internal teams to maximize coverage and pipeline development</li> <li>Independently manage full sales cycles, from territory planning and prospecting to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close</li> <li>Engage senior decision-makers (Director to C-level) with a consultative, value-based approach; build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps</li> <li>Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on AI-powered customer engagement strategies</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to drive deal velocity and customer success</li> <li>Represent Cognigy at industry events and customer-facing forums</li> <li>Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity hygiene within CRM</li> </ul>Growth PotentialAt Cognigy we are committed to your professional growth.
