The company is headquartered close to Boston in Natick, MassachusettsWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to work in our Cork, Ireland office on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 remote. This person will maintain and enhance our ServiceNow platform through configuration, customization and user support</div>Essential Functions:<ul><li>Platform Maintenance: Ensure the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments</li><li>Configuration: Set up and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements</li><li>Customization: Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, and CSS</li><li>Incident Management: Handle incidents, problems, and change requests related to the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Data Management: Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data integrity using Discovery or equivalent methods</li><li>Upgrades and Patching: Perform regular updates, patches, and code migrations to keep the platform up-to-date</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain process and knowledge documentation for team members and users</li><li>User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholders</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>Experience: At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Certifications: ITIL certification and ServiceNow Administrator certification are highly desirable</li><li>Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes is also important</li></ul>Minimum Education and Work Experience Required:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred</li></ul></div></div></div></div><h1></h1>#LI-PM1<h1>Additional Job Description</h1>
