We are looking for a Post-Sales Solution Engineer who is passionate about enabling our customers to succeed. This role is vital to ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our product through effective onboarding, hands-on training, and personalized solutions to meet specific use cases.You’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to provide technical guidance, deliver tailored workshops, and foster strong customer relationships.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead onboarding sessions, demonstrations and workshops for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth start and helping them get acquainted with the products features and capabilities</li><li>Collaborate with Customer success to tailor the right solutions and approaches for our enterprise customers</li><li>Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams, communicating customer feedback and suggesting improvements or new features</li><li>Provide technical guidance, support and in-depth information to customers, addressing their unique challenges and configuring our solution to meet their specific requirements</li><li>Provide training to clients, both in person and remotely, to ensure they can effectively use our products.</li><li>Monitor and track key success metrics for each customer, advocating for solutions that drive optimal outcomes</li></ul><ul><li>4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Technical Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar) within a SaaS or developer tools environment</li><li>Strong understanding of software development principles, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Proficiency in major coding languages</li><li>Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and automated testing frameworks is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and workshops to varied audiences</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions</li><li>Self-motivated, hardworking, and a strong sense of ownership with an ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>
