This role is ideal for someone passionate about revenue systems, enablement content, and the evolution of AI-driven workflows. You will play a key role in supporting our GTM systems, managing AI-native content platforms, and helping transition our organization toward intelligent, agentic sales workflows.</p> <p>This isn’t just a systems admin role, it’s a chance to be on the front lines of innovation, operationalizing modern AI strategies, refining sales experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally to elevate how we enable revenue teams.</p> <p><strong>To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Austin, TX and will be expected to go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays.</strong></p> <h2><strong>You Will</strong></h2> <h4><strong>AI Strategy &amp; Workflow Innovation</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate on the design and deployment of AI-augmented and agentic sales workflows that drive automation, personalization, and intelligence at scale</li> <li>Contribute to testing and implementing new AI-native tools within the revenue systems stack</li> <li>Partner with sales enablement and RevOps to embed AI across seller-facing workflows and experiences</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Sales Systems &amp; Operational Support</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day administration of key GTM systems including Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and our CMS.</li> <li>Troubleshoot user support requests and ensure continuous improvement of system reliability and performance</li> <li>Act as a translator between business users and technical teams to turn needs into system solutions</li> <li>Onboard and enable sellers on systems and workflows, ensuring they’re equipped to adopt tools effectively and follow best practices</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Content Management &amp; AI-Native CMS Ownership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Help manage and optimize content within our next-generation CMS/LMS platform built with native AI capabilities</li> <li>Support the creation, curation, and deployment of sales enablement materials (playbooks, messaging, collateral, training modules)</li> <li>Guide sales teams on best practices for accessing and using content effectively within new workflows</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Project Management &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate with stakeholders across Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales to advance initiatives and track project milestones</li> <li>Help manage the rollout and adoption of new tools and processes through clear communication and operational execution.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Youll Gain</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Firsthand experience working with AI-native tools and agentic workflow design in a real-world GTM environment</li> <li>Exposure to a broad range of revenue technologies, processes, and enablement strategies</li> <li>Mentorship from leaders across Sales Systems, Enablement, and Revenue Operations</li> <li>A front-row seat to how high-growth companies scale their sales infrastructure and processes using intelligent automation</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2–3 years of experience working in GTM/revenue systems at a high-growth B2B SaaS company</li> <li>Prior hands-on experience with Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and Gong<br />Background in sales—experience carrying a bag is required to bring seller empathy into system design</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with a bias for action and curiosity for new technology</li> <li>A collaborative, adaptable mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Experience experimenting with AI tools or designing AI-supported workflows is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity with CMS/LMS platforms, especially those with embedded AI capabilities is a plus</li> <li>Exposure to project management practices such as Agile or Kanban is a plus</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Join Us</strong></h2> <p>If you’re excited to shape the future of revenue enablement through smart systems, AI-driven content, and agentic workflow innovation, we invite you to apply.
