If so, we’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to own the technical side of all web properties on the Marketing Team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will design, build and run our web growth initiatives and continuously iterate to maximize impact on metrics like revenue, customer growth, retention, or engagement. Collectively with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will build user-facing features, activation experiences, and many other areas to improve the overall website user experience.</p> <p>The ideal candidate for this role is more than a technical ace; you are a strategic thinker and a natural collaborator. You will act as the crucial bridge between our marketing vision and its technical execution. Success in this position means fluently translating marketing goals into scalable web architecture and, just as importantly, articulating technical possibilities and constraints to your non-technical partners. The US base salary for this position ranges from $136,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,737/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employees pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
