About the Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives on helping others. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll support brokers and policyholders who rely on our platform to protect their businesses. Your focus: make sure they feel heard, supported, and set up for success.
This is an excellent role for those who are excited to learn, solve problems quickly, and contribute to our growth. You’ll join a team that values accountability, collaboration, and delivering genuine value to our customers.
The Customer Success Associate role is an in-office position located in our Provo, UT office.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound questions from customers via live chat, email, and occasionally by phone
- Guide users through our quoting and cybersecurity platforms, explaining features and steps clearly
- Connect customers to the right internal team—whether it’s Sales, Claims, Insurance, or Security
- Complete key tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly, like application updates or system checks
- Share insights from customer interactions to help us improve how we work and what we build
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required
- Clear written and verbal communication; you know how to tailor your tone based on the situation
- Curiosity, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
- A drive to learn and grow from feedback and real-world challenges
- A collaborative, humble approach; you believe great service is a team sport
- Bonus: familiarity with insurance or B2B SaaS platforms
Working Hours and Compensation
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Provo, UT. The role is classified as non-exempt under FLSA guidelines, which means youre eligible for overtime pay when working more than 40 hours in a week. You may also be eligible for meal and rest breaks under applicable state law. While occasional overtime may be needed, youll always be compensated fairly for your time and effort.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this non-exempt position ranges from $21.01–$25.48 per hour (approximately $43,700 - $53,000 annually) depending on location and experience. Consistent with applicable laws, an employees pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
