<div>We’re looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to take a leading role in developing a new major business opportunity at Cloudinary. </div><div>This is a senior position with end-to-end responsibility: from architecture and design through full development lifecycle. </div><div>You’ll work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders, while also integrating your work into Cloudinary’s core systems.</div><div>This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of frontend excellence and backend depth, and who is motivated by building impactful products that users love.</div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead the technology for a new product from the ground up.</li><li>Own the entire development cycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.</li><li>Build complex, high-impact frontend applications supported by strong backend components.</li><li>Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and business teams to define and deliver features.</li><li>Ensure integrations align with Cloudinary’s existing core systems and infrastructure.</li><li>Bring a product mindset: focus on user needs, interaction design, and usability when making technical decisions.</li><li>Act as a role model in adopting new tools, including AI-driven development practices.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>6+ years of experience in full stack development.</li><li>Proven track record of building non-trivial, production-ready end to end web applications</li><li>Solid knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks like React or similar, and backend frameworks such as Node.js, Go, or equivalent).</li><li>Awareness of cloud environments (AWS preferred) — deep expertise not required.</li><li>Proven record of technically leading a few engineers from idea to a working and lasting engineering solution</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple interfaces: development, design, product, and business.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a positive approach to navigating constraints and tradeoffs.</li><li>Open to adopting AI tools and workflows to accelerate development.</li><li>Product mindset: care about user experience and usability as much as technical excellence.</li></ul><div>#LI-SL1</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>
