<div>The Accounts team owns some of the most critical infrastructure at the core of Cloudinary’s platform.</div><div>We are responsible for managing the main product Entities across all Cloudinary products.</div><div>Our work ensures secure and scalable access control, supports complex enterprise use cases, and powers internal systems relied upon by every team in the company. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, platform, and Security to deliver reliable and high-impact solutions.</div><div>If you’re passionate about building foundational backend systems that scale globally and support great challenges — this is the team to join!</div><h3>As Part Of Your Role, You Will:</h3><ul><li>Contribute to architecting and strategy, design and develop highly-available management systems, with scalable distributed system considerations and APIs</li><li>Lead solutions for business application platform layer while keeping in mind robustness, security, and monitoring</li><li>Aim to be a focal point for company-wide source of knowledge</li><li>Lead by example, mentor peers, and ensure high standards of code quality</li><li>You will work with product managers and business partners to frame problems within the business and product context.</li></ul><h3>Your Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>6+ years of strong back-end capabilities - engineering leadership while working on a cloud-based, microservice architecture</li><li>Proven engineering leadership in designing backend solutions across distributed services.</li><li>Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projects</li><li>Experience with web technologies, and familiarity with scale, latency, and security concerns.</li><li>Expertise in high-scale, distributed cloud architectures</li><li>Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes</li><li>Experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experience</li><li>Profound experience working with databases</li><li>Cloud experience (AWS is a plus)</li><li>Solid programming experience in <b>Ruby</b> </li><li>Advantage: Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and permission models</li><li>Advantage: Strong knowledge in <b>GO</b></li><li>Experience working with Generative AI technologies (GPT, Copilot, Cursor) is a plus</li></ul><div>#LI-SL1</div>
