This role will champion scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise architecture that aligns with business goals, supports digital transformation, and promotes automation excellence.</span></div><div><span>You will serve as a critical link between MIS, business operations, and engineering teams, defining organization-wide architecture standards, evaluating solution options, and supporting the successful development and integration of business-critical systems. You will be responsible for providing architectural frameworks that translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable technical designs and implementation plans.</span></div><div><span>Your work will lay the foundation for scalable growth, operational efficiency, and seamless cross-functional collaboration across the organization.</span></div><div><span>This is a high-impact, strategic role ideal for someone passionate about solution design, automation, integration frameworks, and modern information systems technologies.</span></div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b><u>Architecture &amp; Strategy</u></b></li><li>Define and maintain the internal systems architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.</li><li>Set standards, create reference models, and ensure alignment with Engineering and Data teams.</li><li>Lead evaluations of new tools with a focus on scalability and maintainability.</li><div><br /></div><li><b><u>Integration &amp; Automation</u></b></li><li>Architect integrations across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, etc.</li><li>Promote automation-first solutions using tools like Zapier, Workato, and MuleSoft.</li><li>Guide teams on API usage and low-code/no-code frameworks.</li><div><br /></div><li><b><u>Governance &amp; Collaboration</u></b></li><li>Ensure compliance with standards (SOC2, GDPR) and support Zero Trust architecture.</li><li>Prototype emerging tech and align with data strategy.</li><li>Advise stakeholders, translate business needs into technical plans, and support delivery teams.</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10 years of proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT applications leadership, and large-scale IT transformations.</li><li>Deep knowledge of <b>Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)</b></li><li>Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS preferably in a global, high-tech environment. </li><li>Proficiency in <b>integration tools</b> (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier), API strategies, Data Architecture and automation frameworks</li><li>Skilled in <b>architecture modeling tools</b> (Figma, UML, <a href="http://draw.io">draw.io</a>)</li><li>Proven experience mentoring, influencing and driving change in technical teams across functions</li><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Formal certifications in <b>Salesforce Architecture</b>, <b>Netsuite Architecture and enterprise grade automation tools</b></li><li>Experience with <b>Enterprise Architecture Frameworks</b> (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)</li><li>Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (MBA/MSCS)</li><li>Consulting or professional services background is a plus</li></ul>
