In this role, you’ll shape the experience developers and partners rely on to serve billions of optimized images daily — ensuring they’re fast, high-quality, and always ready for any device or channel.This is a senior product role, ideal for someone who thrives on deep technical challenges, leads through influence, and wants to have a big impact on products used by global brands. You will be reporting to the VP Product Management for Image &amp; Video.</div><h3>What you’ll do:</h3><ul><li>Own the <b>image optimization and delivery</b> product area — from roadmap definition through launch and ongoing iteration</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Sales to deliver high-impact features at scale</li><li>Partner with Strategy, Partnerships, and other product teams to ensure alignment across Cloudinary’s broader vision</li><li>Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions</li><li>Define and monitor product success through clear KPIs and analytics-driven decision making</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for customer-facing teams — equipping them with product insights, roadmaps, and positioning</li><li>Collaborate closely with platform partners and channels to understand integration needs and opportunities</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of product management experience in a <b>SaaS or cloud-based</b> environment</li><li>A strong grasp of the product development lifecycle — from discovery to go-to-market</li><li>Solid understanding of <b>media performance</b>, including concepts like image compression, responsive design, CDNs, and lazy loading</li><li>Comfortable working on <b>API-first products</b> and building for a developer audience</li><li>Exceptional communication skills — equally fluent with engineers, executives, and external partners</li><li>Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders</li><li>Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive prioritization and iteration</li></ul><h3>Nice to have:</h3><ul><li>Exposure to or interest in <b>media processing, performance optimization, or delivery infrastructure</b></li><li>Experience working with OEMs, partners, or indirect channels</li></ul><div>#LI-SL1</div>
