Join us to make a difference!What you will do:<ul> <li>Focus on the full-time recruitment for the technical roles with involvement in the non-technical ones </li> <li>Collaborate and strategize with hiring managers to understand their needs and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for vacancies</li> <li>Create ideal candidate profiles for your open requisitions</li> <li>Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through Talent Density interviewing practice</li> <li>Communicate your rationale for hiring your ideal candidates to the hiring manager</li> <li>Manage the interview process with the hiring manager and their team</li> <li>Maintain open communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications</li> <li>Assist in the onboarding process for new hires</li> <li>Assist the HR team with other HR-related matters</li> </ul>To be successful in this role, you should have:<ul> <li>From 2 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on hiring Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Engineering Managers. </li> <li>Experience recruiting for non-technical roles is a strong plus </li> <li>Experience treating each applicant with respect </li> <li>Have excellent interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strategic in your recruitment process; building networks is key to sustainable success</li> <li>A passion for learning new avenues for finding the best candidates</li> <li>An excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Experience in learning about people, their career paths, and goals</li> <li>A strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills</li> <li>An in-depth understanding of recruiting methods and best practices</li> <li>Proficient in English language (B2 or higher)</li> </ul>
