Investors include leading financial and venture institutions, including Citi Ventures, Left Lane Capital, Wellington Ventures, Flourish Ventures, and Vestigo Ventures.</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a SDR to join our growing team at Clerkie. Your role will expand beyond executing daily outreach tasks - you’ll be working closely with our SDR Manager to develop messaging, test new and creative ideas, and ultimately figure out the best way to connect with our audience. The ideal person for this role can pivot on the fly, fight through adversity, enjoys thinking outside the box, and can communicate effectively with their team members.</p> <h2><strong>Here’s what you will do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Target potential clients and generate quality meetings  through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach</li> <li>Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pains of your named accounts so you can set the strategy for breaking into those accounts</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the SDR Manager to develop and execute new campaigns aimed at increasing our engagement with potential clients</li> <li>Stay updated on the industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to help influence our messaging</li> <li>Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and prioritize follow-up activities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an SDR focused on outbound lead generation</li> <li>Experience as an SDR that has developed and tested outbound messaging, targeted new verticals or personas, and implemented creative outreach methods</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and work effectively within a remote-first team environment</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li> <li>Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn and develop</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience going 0 &lt; 1, 1 &lt; 10 at an early-stage startup (Series A - C)</li> <li>Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools</li> <li>A love for building</li> <li>A genuine passion for our mission and shared values</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our salary range</strong></h2> <p>$55k - $70k base + bonus.
