This role will collaborate closely with executive and commercial leadership to define, structure, and execute strategic programs, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and maximize impact. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to executive leadership, translating high-level business goals into actionable, cross-functional program strategies.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end program design and execution for high-impact initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success functions.</li> <li>Develop scalable program architectures grounded in data, business priorities, and stakeholder input. Ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives.</li> <li>Leverage strong analytical skills to synthesize data, identify trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
