Including;<span> </span></li> <li>3+ years of customer support experience either through Helpdesk-type role or similar</li> <li>3+ years of relevant experience in network administration and management</li> <li>3+ years of virtualization and linux administration experience</li> <li>Familiarity and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)<span> </span></li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as code (specifically terraform)</li> <li>Proficiency with SQL Database including basic querying</li> <li>Familiarity with Virtualization technology (VMware and Hyper-V a big plus)</li> <li>Familiarity or experience in clinical environments or healthcare is a plus</li> <li>Understanding of fundamentals of enterprise network design and security (Cisco certification or equivalent a huge plus)</li> <li>Experience with troubleshooting network problems (DNS, routing, IP addressing)</li> <li>Ability to use Linux to help troubleshoot (navigate in a terminal, look at logs)</li> <li>Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Github, Jira ticketing systems</li> <li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills</li> <li>Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Self-motivated and willing to jump into tasks as they arise</li> <li>Takes initiative in their work</li> <li>Quick learner and problem solver that works well under pressure</li> <li>Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>TTC*: $121,000-$148,000 </strong></p> <p><em>*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.).
