Role or department specific technology needs may vary and will be listed as requirements in the job description. </div>About the Opportunity Cleerly is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Commercial Leadership Team who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to provide exemplary support for various Leadership executives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned EA and team player who can keep our executives organized, efficient and prepared for anything. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and ensure our executives days are running seamlessly. Coordinating with a variety of internal teams, clients, and investors will be an integral part of this role. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Manage ever-changing calendars, including vetting and prioritizing meeting requests and coordinating conference calls, interviews, meetings, and complex travel bookings (when needed) for senior executives on the team </li> <li>Plan, coordinate and schedule a variety of meetings: 1:1s, small and large group meetings, including leadership team meetings, All-Hands, monthly business reviews, and off-sites </li> <li>Review CRM activities of Sales Leadership to prompt them on follow up of important events </li> <li>Coordinate with internal executives &amp; teams, as well as external business contacts (including investors and board members) </li> <li>Handle sensitive matters that require the utmost confidentiality </li> <li>Collate and distribute content for team meetings </li> <li>Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas</li> <li>Understand company and team priorities </li> <li>Drive or assist with other projects as needed; we are growing fast, and we take pride in rolling up our sleeves </li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>3-5 years experience - as an EA to senior level executives in a complex and fast paced environment. </li> <li>High level of organization - even when there are lots of moving pieces. You dont get easily flustered and always have your fingers on the pulse. Youre able to multitask and prioritize quickly, smartly and based on the needs of the executives. You can adapt to quickly changing schedules and environments without missing a beat. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail - and you are the type of person who always takes thorough notes, catches a typo, and is usually early to a meeting. You can read between the lines and quickly pick up on all the little things that help our office run smoothly. </li> <li>A positive and flexible attitude - and can remain upbeat during high tension scenarios.
