It is essential that this candidate has demonstrably strong analytical and organizational skills.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with monthly billing and issuing invoices.</li> <li>Apply receipts to outstanding invoices on a daily basis.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries regarding revenue.</li> <li>Handle and resolve billing questions and disputes with customers.</li> <li>Manage customer relations and build effective partnerships.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes regarding billing.</li> <li>Monitor A/R Aging report and reach out to customers to collect balances from overdue accounts.</li> <li>Utilize accounting software and systems to perform job functions efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Accounting.</li> <li>5-7 years of experience in related field.</li> <li>Knowledge of accounting principles and standards related to revenue recognition.</li> <li>Experience with reading and understanding contracts.</li> <li>Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to be a self-starter.</li> <li>Be able to embrace daily change.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task.</li> <li>Effective communication skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>TTC*: </strong><em>$99,764.50 - $112,675</em></p> <p><em>*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.).</em></p> <p><em>Each role at Cleerly has a defined salary range based on market data and company stage.
