We are looking for a high performer that consistently demonstrates an unusual level of commitment, competence and creativity. Responsibilities will cover all aspects of the software development.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Analyze, design, architect and code new features and enhancements for ClearGov’s suite of applications based on detailed product requirements specifications</li><li>Collaborate with other software engineers, product owners and software architects to plan design, develop, test, and maintain ClearGov applications</li><li>Code and unit test applications in accordance with established standards</li><li>Play an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement of the ClearCov development process</li><li>Write clear, concise technical documentation </li><li>Conduct peer-reviews of solution designs and related code</li><li>Actively participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints</li></ul><h3>Critical Skills/Experience:</h3><ul><li>3+ years of software development experience building complex, multi-faceted SaaS products</li><li>Strong JavaScript skills both client side and server side (Node.js) to foster strong communication between varied project development teams</li><li>3+ years of working experience with SQL and relational databases. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future &amp; continued salary growth.
