As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be tasked with securing, building and developing partnerships with Clarivate’s most important Global Clients in the biggest and most important markets. Successful candidates will have an active network of key stakeholders within Clinical, Marketing, Access &amp; Commercial teams and employ consultative sales skills to identify, qualify and deliver innovative solutions to customer’s problems. Our goal is to elevate the conversation within these customers to enable us to solve key problems and deliver against their strategic objectives.You will be responsible for expanding on existing relationships, driving up within the Customer organization and up-selling/cross-selling new solutions and services to these core Persona groups.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field of relevant, equivalent work experience</li><li>At least 10 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years selling into large Pharmaceutical customers</li><li>Experience of selling complex and bespoke Data, Insights and/or Consulting solutions</li></ul>It would be great if you also have…<ul><li>Experience orchestrating multi-dimensional client relationships in a matrix environment</li></ul>What will you be doing in this role?<ul><li>Build and develop long-term relationships with Senior Leaders to elevate our partnership</li><li>Managing existing relationships to growth</li><li>Upselling and Cross-selling new services and solutions to new and existing networks</li><li>Lead key Regional or multi-country strategic opportunities that are critical to achieving account plans and regional financial goals</li><li>Conducting whitespace analysis for assigned Accounts, owning the regional account strategy working in conjunction with the Global Account Lead.</li><li>Partner with Customer Experience, Solution Consulting and Marketing teams to optimize the customer journey with Clarivate</li><li>Interfacing with all key buying points and advocates including Senior management, users of the platforms, department/franchise heads, brand teams etc.</li><li>Generating proposals, planning customer meetings, and forming a Clarivate team best suited to meet the customer need.</li><li>Developing and maintaining a high level of customer, industry and product knowledge</li></ul>About the TeamOur LS&amp;H vertical consists of &gt;2,000 clients and &gt;$1/2bn of revenues. Our clients subscribe to and acquire various Clarivate solutions including cutting edge workflow tools, data analytics and insights that are essential for advancement of innovation, R&amp;D and Commercialization in Pharma &amp; Biotech communities.
