<div><div>We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager will define, scope and manage one or more projects of medium size/complexity and will work with senior leadership, engineering and key stakeholders to ensure technical and/or business objectives are achieved. Typical projects may include the entire lifecycle from requirements through to deployment or specific parts of the lifecycle of a larger project. Typical project complexity/size will 6-12 months duration and involve up to 10 FTEs across one or more locations. </div><div>About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments: </div><div><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of IT Project Management experience managing technology projects; and 2+ years of experience in agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe) etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>CSM, SAFe, PMP, PSM or SSM certification (preferred not mandatory) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to lead groups and individuals working in different locations and time zones globally. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>You have 3 years’ experience working with team(s)/project(s) and have a well-understood approach to planning and forecasting at both ticket and project level (including capacity planning, timelines, dependency management). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>You have 3 years’ experience as a good listener with strong mediation and relationship-mending skills who can identify issues in the team dynamics and skill sets and can rectify them. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>You have experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred. </li><li></li></ul></div><div>It would be great if you also had: </div><div><ul><li>Understanding/exposure to Agile transformation within organization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure working with multi-cultural, global, and remote teams along with ability to adapt to change. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Working with development teams on daily basis. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Detailed knowledge of software development/delivery lifecycle (SDLC) &amp; agile best practices (like DevOps, BDD, CI/CD, …). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Goals to pursue a PMP/SAFe SM certification. </li></ul></div><div>What will you be doing in this role? </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Lead and coach project teams and drive successful delivery of highest value features. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop schedule that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity. Work with Product Owner to ensure highest value features are delivered at agreed time. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Actively participate in assisting the team resolving issues and escalate as needed. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manages project execution to achieve highest value project deliverables within the established schedule and budget. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Track progress on a daily basis through burn up, burn down and velocity tracking.
