The role will focus on driving the success of CitySwift’s products by creating go-to-market strategies, developing compelling product positioning and messaging, and enabling the customer facing teams with the insights and tools they need to win in the market.  <h3>Key responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success.</li> <li>Market Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct research to deeply understand our target market, customer personas, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform positioning and strategy.</li> <li>Messaging &amp; Positioning: Create clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that communicates the unique value propositions of our product. Ensure consistency across all sales and customer touchpoints.</li> <li>Commercial Enablement: Develop sales collateral (e.g., product brochures, presentations, case studies) and provide training to the sales and customer facing teams on product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation.</li> <li>Customer Advocacy: Work with the partner management team to identify key advocates and develop case studies, testimonials, and user stories that highlight the success of our customers.
