The overall objective of this role is to provide best in class operation support for the SES Business, which will ultimately facilitate timely end to end trade processing of Structured Derivatives, and ensure clearance, settlement and investigation of these securities and derivatives transactions. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic securities processing procedures and industry standards</li><li>Process various SES Business tasks/functions, including structured trade review and trade processing, reconciling margin loan collateral cash and position holdings, and trad capture exception management</li><li>Offer advanced solutions for assigned securities &amp; derivative processing areas</li><li>Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff</li><li>Oversee the set-up / onboarding of new SES Clients, while representing the SES Middle Office team, and acting as the analytical and operations expert</li><li>Serve as analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiatives</li><li>Assist with the development of new techniques and streamlining the SES front to back securities &amp; derivatives processing activities</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>5-8 years of relevant experience</li><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills</li></ul> Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Operations - Transaction Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Securities and Derivatives Processing------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$98,960.00 - $148,440.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
