While at the same time evaluate and engage various internal and external partners to augment core product offerings as required. This role offers the unique experience of supporting the development of Citi’s network of the future, supporting the development of the new products, network, and modernization.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own end-to-end project lifecycle for digital token/stablecoin-related/token on public chain initiatives, from strategy to delivery.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, operations, and legal.</li><li>Lead the integration of digital token / stablecoin infrastructure into core banking systems, payment rails, and digital wallets.</li><li>Translate technical and regulatory requirements into project plans and clear milestones.</li><li>Track dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure on-time execution.</li><li>Partner with third-party providers (e.g., blockchain infrastructure, custodians, on/off-ramps).</li><li>Collaborate with compliance to align on KYC/AML and reporting standards for digital assets.</li><li>Monitor regulatory and industry developments related to stablecoins, CBDCs, and tokenized money.</li><li>Prepare executive-level updates and manage stakeholder communications.</li><li>Digital Assets domain expertise, technical experience, excellent communication skills, and senior stakeholder relationship management skills (internal and external). </li><li>Role requires close collaboration with DA leadership/partner teams</li><li>Responsible for the design, product development/enhancements and closing of product gaps involving co-ordination with global partners and in-country product teams across regions.</li><li>Support the development and execution of the digital asset strategy</li><li>Continue to evolve the product offering to provide clients with unique solutions to enhance Citi’s ability to support existing Citi clients.</li><li>Continue to expand Citi’s next generation of offerings including new feature functionality, controlled experiments and the development of Citi’s network of the future</li><li>Transformational initiatives that support the delivery of the digital assets strategy</li><li>Analyze product profitability, competition and positioning in the market and proactively drive initiatives to develop Citi’s position</li><li>Strong Risk and Compliance focus given the complexities of the emerging underlying businesses while having a good commercial focus to determine commercial structures that support the</li><li>Support Sales and Banking with client engagement opportunities aimed at both deepening Citi’s relevance to the client segment while deepening the understanding of the needs of the segment</li><li>Maintain an awareness of Citi’s guardrails and narrative associated with Digital Assets</li><li>Engage with Risk and Control and Compliance partners to assess risks and design processes, governance and controls that aim to mitigate the unique risks in digital assets</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred</li><li>10+ yrs related experience including cash management and payments product expertise</li><li>Experience in the Digital Assets space is a distinct advantage</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline</li><li>Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas</li><li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency, outstanding strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and an ability to innovate and problem solve</li><li>Strong leadership and team building skills, along with the ability to work closely and build trust with senior management and other partners</li><li>Exceptional organization and process management ability</li><li>Strong risk and control experience engaging with several second line functions</li><li>Product development skills and a commercial acumen with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market</li><li>Excellent team working and interpersonal skills to influence and build consensus</li><li>Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment</li><li>Articulate, strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with and confidence in
