This role will be operating within the Engineering &amp; Architecture team within our Operations Technology group in Citi. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Architecture Engineering Lead to drive enterprise architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities to navigate complex organizational landscapes. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes</li><li>Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems</li><li>Provide expertise in area of knowledge of applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross functional project, or multiple projects</li><li>Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation</li><li>Utilize advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas to achieve technology goals</li><li>Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate into overall system design</li><li>Allocate work, and act as an advisor/coach developers, analysts, and new team members</li><li>Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate collaboration between Branch Agents, Contact Center Advocates, and development teams to efficiently resolve system health issues impacting employee productivity.</li><li>Conduct live sessions with front-line employees and tech teams to identify root causes and implement user-centric solutions for system issues.</li><li>Enhance technology governance by incorporating employee experience metrics into best practices and compliance audits.</li><li>Oversee operational support for internal applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering employee efficiency.</li><li>Partner with IT service management to minimize disruption and ensure continuity for employee applications.</li><li>Collaborate with Technology partners to implement solutions that improve internal application capabilities and employee experience.</li><li>Act as a liaison between tech teams, business units, and leadership to foster innovation and improve the employee technology landscape.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of relevant experience within engineering and architecture domain</li><li>Experience in implementing projects</li><li>Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications</li><li>Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in area(s) of Applications Development</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of client core business functions</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, project management, and development skills</li><li>Relationship and consensus building skills</li></ul>Key Responsibilities and Experience:<ul><li>Enterprise Architecture Leadership:<ul><li>Proven experience in Engineering &amp; Architecture with a focus on Enterprise Architecture.</li><li>Ability to road map and develop strategic roadmaps for new programs.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Domain Expertise:<ul><li>Experience as a Technical Delivery Manager across multiple diverse domains.</li><li>Proficiency in Technical Engineering Tools, including those related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).</li><li>Strong background in Engineering Enablement.</li></ul></li><li>Modern Architecture &amp; Development:<ul><li>Expertise in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and Next-Generation Architecture principles.</li><li>Deep understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture.</li><li>Domain experience in Call Center and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.</li></ul></li><li>Cloud &amp; Technology Stack:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python.</li><li>Familiarity with PEGA/Salesforce platforms is preferred.</li></ul></li><li>Leadership &amp;
