From establishing a cloud-based High-Performance Compute (HPC) platform for complex risk calculations, enabling Citi to leverage GenAI at scale, to facilitating innovative payments solutions, this team is at the forefront of technological advancement.Job Responsibility:<ul><li>Engineering Excellence: Apply engineering best practices and industry standards, utilizing modern tooling to enable CI/CD and emphasizing automation, auditability, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and policy as code.</li><li>Hands-on Design and Build: Develop tooling and capabilities required to enable our cloud-first strategy, contributing directly to the design and implementation.</li><li>Innovation and Automation: Contribute creative solutions to address infrastructure challenges, fostering a product-focused mindset within the team.</li><li>Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with Citis technology teams to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.</li><li>Compliance: Adhere to applicable standards, policies, and regulations, consistently assessing risk to protect Citis reputation, clients, and assets.</li><li>Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and enhancing the teams overall capabilities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ years of hands-on experience, architecting &amp; managing solution in AWS or GCP</li><li>Strong experience working with object, block and file storage services from AWS, GCP</li><li>Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and using automation pipelines to provision, test and manage resources.</li><li>Familiarity with container orchestration and deployment tools</li><li>Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD/Flux, Harness</li><li>Competence in Python or Java; Go is a plus</li><li>Passion for automation, clean code/DRY, and solving complex problems.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li></ul>Nice to have skills:<ul><li>Proficient in building well architected cloud solutions in GCP, AWS</li><li>Contributed to building automated test frameworks, such as Terratest or BDD-style frameworks.</li><li>Experience with storage for High Performance Compute (FSx for Lustre, Parallel Store)</li><li>Experience moving data at scale from on-premises to cloud</li><li>Experience deploying and managing Container storage interface (CSI) drivers for dynamic provisioning and volume life cycle management.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Systems &amp; Engineering------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 - $188,640.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
