The overall objective is to support the creation, maintenance and adoption of a unified and consistently defined fit-for-purpose enterprise-wide Master and Reference Data domains. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.   What you’ll do<ul><li>Project Management of Reference Data Initiatives E2E including requirements gathering, analysis, working with technology and operations to execute and implement solutions.</li><li>Liaises with stakeholders enterprise wide to identify and maintain appropriate alignment, specifically with Citi Data Standards</li><li>Analytics of data models to identify patterns and inconsistencies in across sources and targets, and surfacing themes</li><li>Review, and engage in data cleanup efforts and status tracking of how data is captured, stored and consumed</li><li>Review BAU data management processes across data lifecycle (i.e., documentation, testing validation, maintenance and change efforts)</li><li>Research external authoritative sources of Reference Data and manage updates to Reference Data sets. Works in conjunction with information owners and technology partners to define and implement key documentation and project deliverables</li><li>Track compliance to Master and Reference Data governance requirements</li><li>Track and facilitate the resolution of issues involving Master and Reference Data use and quality</li><li>Work with key stakeholders to define success, develop supporting metrics and then build visualization and analytics</li></ul>What we’ll need from you<ul><li>Significant relevant experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred,</li><li>SME in master and reference data specifically Securities and Pricing across asset classes.</li><li>Experience in a master and reference data function at a financial institution which involved liaising with Business stakeholders, Technology and Operations for design and implementation of solutions.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve independently </li><li>Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details</li><li>Strong project management skills </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively  </li><li>Risk-based thinking and analytical mindset</li><li>Ability to build rapport and work closely with stakeholders </li><li>Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li></ul>What we can offer youWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
