In 2019, Citi employee volunteers contributed more than 1 million volunteer hours around the world.This role will support the HRP&amp;D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking.  This role will be an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Process Design and Re-engineering.  Working in an agile environment partnering with project managers and specialist supporting process change.The HR Delivery Inquiry Management Generalist is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage &amp; retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the HR Operations - Core Team. Additionally, this role serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
