You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a broad range of HR services to client groups Citi.What youll do:<ul><li>Deliver support in the form of answering HR related inquiries to HR Customers including Citi employees, former employees and third-party vendors in the areas related but not limited to pay, tax, time and absence, benefits, employee data and system navigation via approved contact channels</li><li>Ensure tasks completion in a timely manner with respect to the targets as defined by the regional and global management.</li><li>Maintain high standard of professional etiquette and work ethics as well as proper task prioritization.</li><li>Proactively act to ensure continuity of service on all HR Connect support channels such as ticketing platform and employee hotline.</li><li>Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels.</li><li>Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in projects as assigned by the Team Leader</li><li>Raise challenges, continuously monitoring and evaluation of performance to identify areas of process enhancements and explore further possibilities of improvement (e.g. Bright Ideas)</li></ul>What well need from you:<ul><li>Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the area of Human Resources</li><li>Working knowledge of HR business processes</li><li>Full proficiency in both Polish and English language (min.
