<div>Product Marketing supports the growth of our market-leading Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business by building and enabling a more connected TTS global proposition and client-centric content, allowing client-facing teams to further enhance their trusted advisor position. The primary focus for Product Marketing is to deliver a) integrated content quality and management and b) cross-product solutions development &amp; commercialization.<div>Responsibilities: <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned domain expert in the Treasury and Trade Services (TTS)/Transaction Banking space to lead our Global Product Marketing function. This role will report to the Global Head of Product and Segment Marketing.</li><li>The Product Marketing Director will be a senior-level executive who oversees the marketing of TTS products. They will play a crucial role in understanding the market, defining the product’s position within that market, and communicating its value to both internal teams and potential customers.</li><li>This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure the product’s success in the market.</li><li>Lead the strategy behind how our products are brought to market, positioned, and sold. They are responsible for crafting compelling messaging, identifying target customer segments, and developing marketing plans that drive demand and adoption of the product.</li><li>Establish TTS products as market leaders, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Drive horizontal client facing content and cross-product solutions across all TTS business areas. The key to success of this role will be ability to build trusted partnerships with wide range of stakeholders across TTS.</li><li>Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to assist driving the client agenda.</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.</li></ul>The individual will drive the global strategy and execution of two key pillars:​Cross Product Solutions Development and Commercialization <ul><li>Develop and commercialize integrated solutions comprising thematic content and relevant analytics, ultimately delivering incremental value to our clients.</li><li>Enhance client targeting and segmentation through analytics for integrated solutions working in coordination with Sales (Inc Inside Sales) and Data &amp; Analytics teams.</li><li>Coordination with Sales and Data &amp; Analytics teams to ensure the prioritization and development of high impact data tools.</li><li>Lead global go-to-market strategy and messaging for new and existing products, develop positioning that differentiates the product in the market, manage product launches and releases and promote the product both internally and externally.</li><li>Produce content and enablement materials for internal teams and empower our Sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning and a strong feedback loop between sales, product, and product commercialization teams.</li><li>Sit on the leadership of the Product GTM Experiences team and advocate for an understanding of our customer through research and discovery work, translating their needs to influence our product roadmaps and to implement marketing strategies.</li></ul>Integrated Content Quality and Management <ul><li>Assist the Product teams in developing enhanced and integrated content for our client ecosystems and growth missions capturing TTS’ value to solve relevant client needs.</li><li>Coordinate content creation from a client perspective across liquidity, payments (including commercial cards), trade, platform &amp; data services and partnerships &amp; innovation.</li><li>Coordination of content approvals with relevant second line functions including compliance and legal.</li><li>Work closely with other Marketing teams to align the product positioning to TTS umbrella messaging framework and manage the distribution of relevant client content materials.</li><li>Content ownership across the TTS content repository.</li><li>Develop the company and product positioning, messaging, and storytelling to establish Citi TTS as the leader across our markets.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years managerial experience</li><li>Strong leadership with the ability to work across products, functions, regions globally – partnership, trust and credibility</li><li>Forward thinker with a strategic mindset and focus on solving client needs</li><li>Commercially focused who looks at new ways to deliver exceptional results for our clients</li><li>Broad understanding of global treasury and trade business is a must</li><li>Understanding of client needs, product discipline and industry dynamics and disruptions in the TTS space is required</li><li>Creativity in both logic and visual design when crafting solutions and messages for clients</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal, visual and written – for internal and external purposes</li><li>Collaborative nature, able to engage with a diverse range of individuals of all levels and gain support from colleagues, even when they do not report directly to you</li><li>Analytical mindset to take various initiatives and sources and translate into thematic content and messaging</li><li>Strong discipline to manage Product Marketing budget spend</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Marketing , Business Administration, Communications or related field., required.
