The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based applications, with a strong background in leading technical teams. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and mentor junior developers in best practices and design patterns.
