The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst responsible for the installation, configuration and support of Citi’s IBM iSeries high-availability platform. Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the IBM iSeries Operating System management including:<ul><li>Installation and maintenance of the IBM i Operating System, security, middleware and communications software on Power-8 and Power-10 hardware<ul><li>IBMi 7.4 and 7.5 </li><li>Trinity Guard Suite</li><li>ConnectDirect</li><li>IBM MQ</li><li>IBM C.A.R.T.</li><li>PKWare PKEncrypt</li><li>PTC – MKS Implementer</li><li>TAA Tools</li><li>SEA – absMessage</li></ul></li><li>High availability systems operations, scheduling, automation and support</li><li>Vulnerability patching of operating system and associated components</li><li>Storage &amp; File Systems management</li><li>Hardware Planning, Configuration and Incident Management</li><li>Performance &amp; Capacity Management</li><li>System (COB) Continuity of Business processes and procedures</li><li>Review requirement documents and update processes and procedures as necessary</li><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Perform impact analysis, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services</li><li>Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of experience working on large, complex iSeries environments especially in Financial Services industry, with a proven track record of delivering results on time, operational process change and improvement.</li><li>5+ years of experience providing level 2/3 engineering support</li><li>Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Effective analytic/diagnostic skills</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Systems &amp; Engineering------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Telecommuter Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$117,440.00 - $176,160.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
