We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data Analytics Senior Lead Engineer (Senior Vice President) for our Big Data and Data Analytics team. This leadership role is critical for driving our data strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, and managing a team of data professionals. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience in big data technologies, data warehousing, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities to foster a data-driven culture and achieve organizational objectives.<div></div>Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:<ul><li>Define and execute the strategic roadmap for big data and data analytics initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage data for competitive advantage, innovation, and enhanced decision-making across the organization.</li><li>Translate complex business problems into data analytics solutions and strategic programs.</li></ul>Team Management &amp; Development:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers, business intelligence analysts, and other data professionals.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.</li><li>Manage resource allocation, performance reviews, and career development plans for team members.</li></ul>Solution Design &amp; Implementation:<ul><li>Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable big data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes.</li><li>Drive the implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and predictive analytics solutions.</li><li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data initiatives.</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration:<ul><li>Partner with various business units (e.g., product, marketing, operations, finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.</li><li>Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization</li></ul>Technology &amp; Innovation:<ul><li>Stay abreast of emerging big data technologies, analytics trends, and industry best practices.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance our data capabilities.</li><li>Champion innovation in data collection, processing, storage, and analysis</li></ul>Operational Excellence:<ul><li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for data analytics initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of all data projects.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
