This position is part of the On Card Lend Product Management team, within the broader US Branded Cards &amp; Unsecured Lending organization.  The team is responsible for managing the products designed to meet evolving and growing consumer needs related to On-Card Lending. The team is tasked with managing and driving Revenue from our existing product suite, working closely with cross functional partners to manage product feature backlogs, marketing strategy, digital experience, servicing experience, and overall operational excellence.The SVP, Consumer Product Sales Sr Lead Analyst (On Card Lend Product Management) position will shape and advance Citi’s On-Card Lend strategy, informed by a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, the competitive landscape and deep experience with Lend product management. This role will be responsible for the overall product strategy, new acquisitions and portfolio performance. The On Card Lend Product Manager will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Digital, Product Development, Decision Management, Risk and Operations and focus on optimizing marketing and digital strategy, enhancing digital user experience, channel performance and analytics, product research, and customer communications for On Card Lend Products. The candidate will play a significant role on the Lending leadership team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage product including product and portfolio PnLs, customer needs, segmentation and targeting, product features and functionality, marketing strategy, online user experience and journeys, funnel performance &amp; analytics, operations and servicing.</li><li>Set and deliver against product growth plans and channel strategies.</li><li>Establish clear KPIs for success and enable strategy and product changes to meet KPIs.</li><li>Drive efforts to optimize product performance and expand universe/eligibility</li><li>Work in close collaboration with cross functional team (Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Operations) on delivering best in class customer experience, enhancing funnel conversion rates, and ensuring operational excellence</li><li>Closely track performance, monitor reports and data to track sales, variances  and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization</li><li>Identify and implement initiatives to improve product adoption, customer experience, and customer satisfaction scores. Design A/B tests on digital platforms to improve user experience.           </li><li>Monitor customer feedback, complaints, NPS and provide periodic reports to leadership. Track and resolve issues with product functioning/service delivery and support timely customer remediations as needed.</li><li>Monitor external landscape to track regulatory developments, competitive activity (FI and non FI) and industry trends.</li><li>Work closely with legal, compliance, governance and control partners on matters related to product integrity,  disclosure of Tc and Cs. other legal requirements, issue management.</li><li>Prepare materials and present updates to leadership including updates on KPIs, projects, initiatives and enlist support for investments /resources to grow the portfolio.  </li><li>Support the design, build and testing of product enhancements end to end and smooth handover of ownership to Product team from Product Development team.              </li></ul>Candidate Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years in product and/or marketing within financial services of which at least 2 years experience must be with On Card Lend products. </li><li>Deep understanding of Lend industry, business model, competitors, marketing strategies, P&amp;L drivers, and best practices</li><li>Understanding of regulatory requirements, fraud and risk management, security standards.  </li><li>Proficient in developing financial models and business cases to project future cash flows and financial performance</li><li>Proficient in analyzing consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks to business model</li><li>Proven strategic thinker with demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, who is able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues, engage with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, oversight functions, etc.) and manage through influence</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and facilitation skills to senior audience members</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required.
