As the Cloud Engineering Lead - Public Cloud Network Application Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our public cloud strategy. You will provide technical authority for all foundational services. ­ Build and Inspire: Lead and grow a team of deeply technical cloud specialists and full-stack software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. ­Innovate and Automate: Drive client satisfaction and business value by identifying and developing process improvement and automation initiatives. ­Partner and Collaborate: Establish partnerships across the broader Citi technology landscape to align with business growth initiatives and priorities. ­Engineering Excellence: Define measurable success criteria and routinely assess service availability and reliability. ­Champion Compliance: Drive compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulations, always assessing risk with Citis reputation, clients, and assets in mind.Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ of relevant experience in an Engineering roleYou are a talented leader with a proven track record of engineering leadership, a deep expertise in public cloud, and a passion for engineering best practices.</li><li>A deep understanding of public cloud services adoption at scale. Expert-level understanding of AWS/GCP Network across:</li><li>Internet Application Hosting - Network Segmentation, Security controls, Network Firewall and Packet Mirroring &amp; Inspection and Content Delivery Networks.</li><li>B2B Connectivity - AWS &amp; GCP Experience with Third party connectivity patterns, Cloud B2B Architectures and familiarity with VPN, AWS Privatelinks and Google Cloud Private Service Connect.</li><li>Application Resiliency - DNS and DNS Routing, AWS Route53, Load Balancers, Google Cloud CloudDNS, High availability &amp; Resiliency and API platforms</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Hands On Expertise: demonstrable experience with the following:</li><li>Programming Languages: Python and Go.</li><li>CI/CD: Terraform, Harness, Tekton, Jenkins, etc.</li><li>Testing Automation: Terratest, Cucumber, PytestBD, AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS), Chaos Mesh, etc</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.  (Citi will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization for this position).
