Job Description The CBNA and US Entities Management team is responsible for managing the liquidity, capital, and balance sheet for U.S. Bank Chain Entities, U.S. and Consolidated Broker Dealer Entities, and Hold Co. Entities. This team leads liquidity/capital optimization, serves as the principal point of contact into Treasury for funding needs and ensuring that balance sheet priorities are integrated into business decision-making processes. They govern and maintain Treasury Legal Entity methodologies, models, and rules, and oversee the execution of governance frameworks, policies, and standards. A core part of their mandate includes identifying and managing Treasury-related cross-risks across legal entities. Additionally, the Cross-Affiliate Treasury Management team, which rolls up to the Hold Co. Treasurer, coordinates Legal Entity Capital Requests, backstop facilities, standby letters of credit (SBLCs), and guarantees and comfort letters, and owns the framework for optimizing liquidity resources across U.S., Non-U.S., Bank and non-Bank affiliates.Citi is seeking a strategic professional to support the business management and governance activities of the CBNA and U.S. Entities Treasury Management team. This team is comprised of four sub-teams: Business Execution and Governance, U.S. Bank Chain Entity Treasury, Holding Company Treasury, and Broker Dealer Treasury. This role will report directly to the Business Execution and Governance Lead supporting them across all strategic efforts. The Business Execution &amp; Governance Lead Analyst will manage multiple priorities on a day-to-day basis and must be able to respond quickly to time-sensitive deliverables. This role requires an individual with Treasury knowledge, exceptional relationship management, organizational, communication and influencing skills at all levels, great attention to detail and a strong focus on execution.Key Responsibilities: Governance and Regulatory Oversight: •    Support the Business Execution &amp; Governance Lead in establishing, enhancing, and implementing robust governance routines for the team, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. •    Oversee and enhance governance of controls within the team’s processes, ensuring effective design, implementation, and monitoring to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. •    Actively participate in the development and implementation of Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) initiatives, ensuring the team’s strategies align with regulatory expectations for financial stability and orderly wind-down. •    Monitor and track progress against key governance metrics and RRP milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential gap risks. •    Prepare and present clear, concise reports on governance effectiveness and RRP readiness to senior management, committees, and regulators. •    Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all governance frameworks are up-to-date and reflect the latest regulatory guidance.Chief of Staff and Project Management: •    Support the Business Execution &amp; Governance Lead in performing “Chief of Staff” responsibilities for the Citibank N.A. (CBNA) Treasurer, including: o     maintaining and tracking progress against team and Treasury-wide priorities/goals o    implementing process and control inventories o    supporting organizational and staffing requests o    tracking of training completions o    monitoring of expense/headcount reports •    Support and/or Lead ad-hoc project requests on behalf of the broader CBNA and U.S. Entities Treasury Management team. •    Design, develop, and deliver high-quality presentation materials and/or speaker notes on behalf of the CBNA Treasurer and the broader team for committees, regulators, Board, senior management, and any other ad-hoc requests. •    Build relationships across key partner organizations (including Balance Sheet Management, International Treasury, Liquidity, and Capital) to help drive strategic agenda and ensure flow of information. •    Support the CBNA Treasurer on key deliverables and engagements, including preparation of materials, talking points, briefing material, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up requests are addressed for forums such as CBNA ALCO Broker Dealer ALCO, and regulatory engagement. •    Ensure the right routines and tracking mechanism are in place to follow through on key decisions and actions emerging from operating routines and discussions.   Development Opportunities: •    Opportunity to build strong working relationships across Treasury, Finance, and the Business. •    Opportunity to work with and across the broader CBNA and US Entities team (including Bank and Holding Companies). •    Highly entrepreneurial role with significant room for project ownership and new idea generation. •    Opportunity to develop knowledge of Citis liquidity and capital management practices and processes. •    Opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high caliber team with challenging goals and a strong commitment to excellence. •    Gain significant exposure to critical Resolution and Recovery Planning efforts within a global financial institution.   Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate: •    Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in governance routines, regulatory deliverables, and RRP . •    Excellent communication skills  will all levels of the organization are imperative including the ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior management. •    Proven proficiency in Power Point and Excel. •    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. •    Collaborative project management skills. •    Data Analytic skills to automate processes and streamline business execution. •    A strong understanding of financial regulations and their impact on governance and RRP frameworks.   Basic Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. •    4-6 years of experience in finance. •    At least 2 years of project management experience engaging with various stakeholders, including executive leadership. •    At least 2 years of Citi organization preferred. •    Data Analytic Skills preferred; Tableau is a plus. •    Demonstrated understanding of Controls, Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) concepts and regulatory expectations (e.g., Reg W, 12 CFR Part 1, etc.).------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Finance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Balance Sheet Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Getzville New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$100,800.00 - $151,200.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
