The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code</li><li>Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems</li><li>Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.</li><li>Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging</li><li>Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts</li><li>Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions</li><li>Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents</li><li>Has the ability to operate escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ years of relevant experience</li><li>10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role</li><li>Hands-on experience in Java 17+, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, Design patterns, Microservices, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.</li><li>7+ years of experience in large scale Apps development as a Full Stack developer with experience using modern technology (e.g. Java, J2EE, Angular JS, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, OpenShift).• Back-end: Spring, Spring boot, Java , Hibernate, Design patterns: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, etc.</li><li>Good working knowledge of source code control tools and technologies is a must.</li><li>Good working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Build tools like Jenkins and Deployment tools like RLM.</li><li>Strong fundamentals of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming Standards) Concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms</li><li>Strong experience developing and architecting integrated solution with non-functional requirements like scalability, high availability, consistency.</li><li>Ability to write Clean code using Core Java, JEE, Collections, Multithreading</li><li>Strong experience with API and Web Services development using REST/SOAP protocols</li><li>Fundamental database concepts and experience with a relational database Oracle.</li><li>Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.</li><li>Must have a good understanding of Unit testing, test coverage.</li><li>Ability and willingness to work across multiple tools, frameworks, and technology stacks.</li><li>Fundamental understanding of and experience with cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes</li><li>A good understanding of Standard, Enterprise Design Patterns, and SOLID principles</li><li>Should have good understanding of Containers, docker deployment.</li><li>Strong knowledge with testing frameworks like JUNIT</li><li>Experience in performance tuning of application and analyzing issues using tools like JProfiler /AppDynamics etc.</li><li>Experience in performing effective code and design reviews.</li><li>Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications</li><li>Experience in managing and implementing successful projects</li><li>Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development</li><li>Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and project management skills</li><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication</li><li>Knowledge of Business Process Model tools</li><li>Strong Knowledge of fixing CVM, CVMP, GEMs.</li><li>Strong Experience in migration applications of WebSphere Application Servers.</li></ul> Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Master’s
