The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B cloud software, strong strategic and market analysis skills, and a proven track record of leading product teams to achieve commercial success in mature product categories. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You will be responsible for setting and executing the product vision and roadmap, closely monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics, and partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing and customer teams to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive company revenue growth. </span></div><div><br /></div><h3>Key Responsibilities &amp; Expectations</h3><ul><li><b>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap Development:</b> </li><li>Define the vision and long-term strategy for your product line, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market demands. </li><li>Lead roadmap planning, balancing customer feedback, competitive insights, product and commercial data,and emerging market opportunities with development resources and company priorities. </li><li>Establish and model discovery habits to regularly engage with customers and the market and ensure your teams stay close to their customers and users. </li><li>Track and analyze product performance metrics, customer adoption, and revenue impact to optimize the product lifecycle and identify areas for expansion or improvement. </li><li>Oversee the team’s prioritization process to ensure timely delivery of impactful product enhancements. </li><div><br /></div><div><b>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</b> </div><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer obsession, and accountability. </li><li>Establish clear objectives and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities to promote a high-performing product organization. </li><li>Drive a metrics-driven culture within the product team, particularly focused on business outcomes. </li><div><br /></div><div><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b> </div><li>Work closely with engineering &amp; design to ensure alignment on product roadmap, goals, requirements, and delivery timelines.  </li><li>Partner with sales, marketing, servicesand customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing &amp; packaging that maximize product adoption and revenue growth. </li><li>Collaborate with go-to-market teams on launch activities, sales enablement, and customer training, ensuring a seamless and impactful product release process. </li><div><br /></div><div><b>Presentations &amp; Stakeholder Communication:</b> </div><li>Provide regular updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders on product performance, roadmap delivery, market insights, and upcoming priorities. </li><li>Prepare quarterly reviews, outlining achievements, challenges, and strategic adjustments needed for ongoing product success. </li><li>Present to customers and prospects in a variety of settings with clarity and confidence. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>12+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Sr. Director or VP level) at a B2B cloud software company. </li><li>Proven experience managing mature products in highly competitive markets. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop product management teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture. </li><li>Deep understanding of product management best practices, cloud technologies, SaaS models, and enterprise software trends. </li><li>Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.  </li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working with B2B marketing technology or enterprise social media technology. </li><li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. </li></ul><h3>First 90 Days/KPIs</h3><ul><li>Evaluate team and team structure and make recommendations to ensure team health and proper structure. Assess team processes for discovery, roadmapping and delivery execution. </li><li>Support delivery of the team’s current priorities. </li><li>Establish understanding of product portfolio, current roadmap and key stakeholders. Work closely with engineering and design to establishing working cadences, expectations and collaboration. </li><li>Analyze existing roadmap and supporting data to validateor course correct as needed to keep the team moving forward.
