This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic organization.

About the Assignment Youll join our talent acquisition team on a temporary basis to maintain our recruitment momentum during a team members leave. This 40-hour per week contract position ($40-50/hr) focuses primarily on sales, marketing, and customer success roles (and other Revenue roles as needed). Youll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their needs and deliver exceptional recruitment experiences.

What youll do

  • Execute on standard recruitment processes for GTM/Revenue positions including sales, marketing, and customer success roles
  • Maintain our diverse talent pipeline through creative sourcing techniques and relationship development
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate those into compelling job descriptions
  • Coordinate seamless interview processes that respect candidates time while thoroughly assessing their capabilities
  • Support day-to-day recruitment activities such as, ensuring continuity of standard processes 
  • Represent our company brand and guiding principles throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide guidance on competitive offers within our established compensation frameworks

Who you are

  • An experienced recruiter with a proven track record in GTM/Revenue roles (sales, marketing, customer success) and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • A flexible team player who can quickly adapt to established recruitment processes
  • An excellent communicator who builds rapport easily with both candidates and internal stakeholders to move the recruiting process along
  • A detail-oriented professional who can prioritize and manage multiple searches and hiring targets
