Senior Project Manager (Business Project Manager Senior Advisor)<ul><li>Leads mid-sized to large projects across the CuraScript SD organization and directs one or more teams of business subject matter experts involved in key strategic initiatives</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinates with other project managers on enterprise projects with large scope</li><li>Develops and maintains project plans that consider the business objectives, key milestones, timelines, resource impacts and task sequencing required to deliver the desired value of each project.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the technology team in order to improve system implementation processes - requirements, testing, etc.</li><li>Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.</li><li>Drive projects through a disciplined approach for the delivery of initiatives that support strategy enablement and support growth opportunities.</li><li>Maintain the programs budget and synergy tracking</li><li>Manage effective communication across the project as well as being able to communicate higher level to leadership as well as to downstream partners</li><li>Ability to understand, and pull in the training/OCM team to capture organizational change impacts throughout the project to ensure proper training and/or education is conducted</li></ul><ul><li>QUALIFICATIONS </li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred, high school diploma or GED required</li><li>At least 8 years of related project management or program management experience required, distribution Center experience desired.</li><li>Highly self-directed and focused on achieving goals.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels.</li><li>Strong willingness to collaborate with others on team to identify and solve problems.</li><li>Complex problem-solving capability and experience.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Power Point and Word.</li><li>Experience with SAP highly desired.</li></ul> If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,600 - 182,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.We want you to be healthy, balanced, and feel secure.
