We are looking for engineer to develop, optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. In this role you will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. This role requires working with both onsite and offshore team members in properly defining scenarios based on requirements/acceptance criteria.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop and execute sprint testing of a software product/solution. </li><li>Define test process including required test activities, deliverables and test schedule.</li><li>Understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream including various back end and front-end architectural modules.</li><li>Closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members. The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members (Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore)</li><li>Define test data conditions and partners and works closely with Data team to obtain the data.</li><li>Actively participate in all phases of testing (In sprint functional testing, integration testing and regression)</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automation test plans, test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features, and development of tool sets to augment QA and Development testing.</li><li>Business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking</li><li>Perform manual/exploratory testing where needed.</li><li>Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging</li><li>Analyzes failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors completely.</li><li>Adheres to the organizations Quality Engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to our testing practices where necessary.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired Skills:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with automation experience.</li><li>Experience Desired:</li><li>Hand on experience in Test and defect Management Tools</li><li>Experience on Automation Frameworks that includes products such as Selenium, cucumber.</li><li>Experience using programming languages with core concepts in Java / JavaScript</li><li>Experience on defining test scenarios using Gherkin BDD format.</li><li>Thorough knowledge / experience Quality Engineering best practices and applying them to automation frameworks.</li><li>Designs and develops scripts to run automated tests to ensure consistency, repeatability and accelerates delivery.</li><li>Experience on understanding application architecture for web-based applications.</li><li>Experience in API and UI Automation (Selenium WebDriver)</li><li>Experience in Angular for building Modern Web Applications.</li><li>Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab / GitHub </li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / Gitlab for automated test executions.</li><li>Experience in build tools like Maven / Gradle </li><li>Experience with Relational Database / SQL / NoSQL / backend testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman/Insomnia</li><li>Working experience with JIRA/Zephyr or equivalent tools</li><li>Healthcare domain knowledge would be a big plus.</li><li>AWS and Cucumber (BDD) experience</li></ul>Primary Skills:<ul><li>Healthcare, Functional Testing, SQL, Agile (SAFe), Jira, SOAP UI/Post Man, Web Services testing (API) and ETL testing.</li><li>Experience on Web applications using Java and Angular</li><li>Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD Framework</li><li>Strong Communications Skills</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Education: <ul><li>Software Testing (with 3-5 years of overall experience) with at-least 4 years in the key skills listed above</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field of study.</li></ul>Location &amp; Hours of Work:Hyderabad and Hybrid (11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST)Equal Opportunity Statement Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations.About Evernorth Health Services<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
